We believe in a hassle free returns service ensuring any breakages or items you are unhappy with are replaced FREE of charge, and picked up from the comfort of your own home. Unlike many other online retailers that have lots on fine print and hidden policies Beautiful Homes Direct offer Free return shipping because we don't think customers should be charged for this basic privilege.

All we ask is that items are sent back to us in original packaging and that the merchandise is in the same condition as you received it.

When making a return, all we need is for you to send us your order details with the goods and the reason for the return and we’ll inspect the goods within 48 hours and if all is well process your refund which can take up to 5 working days to go back onto your payment method.

Returns FAQ

1. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No, we cover all costs for returns no matter what the reason.

2. Do I have to post the goods myself or do they get picked up?
We collect all returns, so you don’t have to worry about posting them out yourself. However they should be well packed and in the same condition as you received them.

3. When will I get my refund?
Once we get receipt of your returned items, they will be inspected by our fulfilments team which usually takes 48 hours (72 hours during Christmas trading). Once the goods have passed the inspection your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method within 3-10 working days depending on who your payment method is registered with (i.e. bank/paypal).

4. What is the time limit for returning goods?
We must receive returned goods within 8 working days for a refund to be eligible.
